To be honest, after I built it, I looked and said this was way too big of a house for just one sim! I am entering it anyway, because I don't have time for another lol CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM: Yes! I saw a couple people say not to get that first home layout, that it was too big for budget. I did though. The Caprica was my house choice! Two story home, one car garage, three bedrooms and two bath. Mostly open floor space in the living quarters on the first floor. Good sized kitchen and great outdoor space. Small gazebo outside, overlooking a peaceful childs play area.
