Brownie Cubby - Sims 4
Hey! Welcome to the Brownie Cubby! I appreciate you stopping
by. Feel free to comment, leave suggestions, or just say hello!
I can't wait to show you this little starter house. It's one of my favorites for a single sim. So I'm going to get right down to the photos!
We'll start outside, because this house is mostly about being out there! First we'll do the overall house shots, then the little details. Enjoy!
Well now, wasn't that adorable? I bet you want a closer look... This is the walkway from the front of the lot.
A view of the walkway from the door and a shot of the patio, where you can grill or sit an listen to the wind chimes while you watch birds play. Now, let's go inside!
Won't take long to look inside, it's a very small house. Very compact and adorable! I just love living here.
The Entryway from the door:
The little reading nook, perfect for a bookworm!
Entry way from the reading nook,
Now this part is the most compact, this area is her bedroom and kitchen area, which also includes a place to wash your hands or brush your teeth.
The tiny bathroom.
An overhead shot of the whole house, viewed from the front way and back way.
Top view with roof up.
Do you like it? Hate it? Let me know! I know I personally love living here, it's super fun and something I've never done before.
Now some details about the house;
First of all, there are two versions! In each version, the house is exactly the same, but the first version has less pretty landscaping. I made the first one as a true starter home. The first lot can be downloaded Here.
This home is also available for download Here.
I've built this for BuildNShare challenge 88, A Fairytale Cottage. It was so much fun to make, and I was done super fast. I didn't post right away though, because I was just super busy with real life.
The lot I built on was in Willow Creek, in the starter area at the end of the road which costs §1,500
Version 1 of the house itself has a price of §18,500
Version 2 (the one shown above) of the house has a price of §23,500
Thank you for checking out my home! I hope you enjoy it, and leave a comment to tell me how your sim is doing there. Maybe link me a slideshow of any additions or changes you made!
