Our objective was this:

Brief:
  • Your budget is $50,000
  • 3 bedrooms
  • 2 baths
  • 20x30 lot or smaller
  • Backyard for 2 children to play in
  • Style of architecture and interiors completely up to you
 As usual, we will start the tour outside;

Super cute sandbox play area. I don't have - like anything for outdoor activities, so I had to make due with what I did have available.

Last minute edits::

I've changed a few things in order to drop the price down by 2K.

The total for the build now comes to §47,999.

Here are some pictures of the changes:

The bathroom between the kids' room has a new bathtub and different style sink.


 The master bathroom has a new sink style and bathtub as well

 We added a flower box made by the kids into the stair way entry


A few rooms have different lights hanging from the ceiling, a small change to save some simoleans!
