This is a great starter home. One bedroom, one bath. The living space on the main floor has some great features that everyone can enjoy! It even has a fireplace. It's a great home to start a loving family.

This lot has little gremlins on occasion, nothing too serious I bet! It also seems to have visiting pixies that leave coins laying around sometimes. It also has the sunny aspect, helping our sims be energized, happy, or even inspired!
